Drawing to Ignite Creativity
and Discover Self-expression
Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to say a quick thank you to everyone who attended the drawing session last Saturday.
I was really impressed by the confident creativity and inspired curiosity that you all openly expressed during the workshop.
As the day came to an end, it was clear that we had only just begun to scratch the surface of your artistic potential, both individually and as a group.
I just wanted to share one thought that relates to the ideas we explored:
An Artwork exists not only when you draw something,
but also exists if you can see something as a drawing.

We look forward to seeing you all again soon. Perhaps tomorrow at Science Alive! https://www.sciencealive.net.au/ or at our next GTCASA session on the 22nd August. Our next session gives YOU the opportunity to share your special interests. It will be relaxed and really fun hearing from the other kids and discussing the interests you share.
A special announcement is coming with more details next week... the brilliant Australian team for the AI Robotics for Good Youth Challenge has just come back from Geneva Switzerland. Members of the team will join us for the special interests session on the 22nd August, to share highlights of their journey, and also run a robotics workshop. It's going to be another inspiring afternoon. See you then!
