Meet Team Australia: Robotics for Good – From Adelaide to Geneva

This presentation will join as part of our other session for the day: "Kid's it's your turn to present".

If you have registered to be a presenter for the other session, you don't need a second ticket.

We will start the session with kids presentations, then invite Team Australia students to share a presentation about their journey, followed by their hands-on robotics workshop.

Team Australia students will share what it was really like to design, program and compete with robots on a global stage - including the unexpected technical problems they faced, how they solved them under pressure, and what they learned about teamwork, creativity and resilience.

During their week in Geneva, the students not only competed with their AI-powered robots, but also took part in the AI for Good Global Summit, connected with young innovators from around the world, exchanged ideas with international teams, and shared their experiences through media and UNICEF interviews.

We will also have the opportunity to see the competition robots up close and take part in an interactive robotics workshop, guided by members of Team Australia.

A special afternoon for young people who love coding, AI, robotics, engineering and solving difficult problems, and for anyone curious about how a passion for technology can grow into opportunities to connect, create and make a real-world impact.
